Would recommend

The item is super weighty and feels high quality. I got my usual size (2) and it fit great! Only downside is one of the decorative buttons is a little loose.

So badly wanted to love this vest! It's soooo cute! But the sizing just didn't work out for me. I tried the size 6 and it was just too big. The 4 is sold out, but I'd love to try it if they restock!
