Runs incredibly small

Was looking forward to the knit look and sort of compression effect this tank offers, but it’s far smaller than indicated and I of course can’t return it as its final sale. FM needs to review the sizing chart for this as it’s basically fraudulent to keep having it listed as final sale when it’s unwearable and unreturnable.
