Fit: Smaller
Beautiful material, but runs very small

I was super excited about this dress, but unfortunately it didn't work out for me. The fabric is 100% linen, so it has no stretch but is very high quality. I'm 4'11 with a traditional hourglass shape and small chest, and I ordered a size M. I'm usually reliably a size M in most dresses since I have an hourglass figure, but since this fabric has no stretch, it didn't fit in the hips. Also, the slit is awkwardly high on this dress unless you have long legs. Had this dress fit, the slit would have been at the top of my thigh.

I imagine that this dress probably works best for narrow or straight builds, but anyone with hips or a butt might have a tough time, which is sad because it's such a classic dress and high quality. Personally, sizing up to an L would have made it way too big on top and I'm not sure that it would've solved the sizing in the hips / butt. Overall, just consider the lack of stretch and your usual challenge spots before ordering!

Elegant but sexy

I’m petite, 5’2” about 105 lbs, 32b, and this dress fit perfectly on me. I bought it for an outdoor party where it was going to be very hot and humid, and this was perfect. The material is a light linen so it was great for the weather and it looked elegant but sexy.

Not for big busts

I wanted to love this dress but couldn’t make it work on my bust even in an XL (I’m a size 10, 38DDD). Material is nice but wrinkly, and it’s very low cut. Love the button details, would have kept it if it fit.

Gorgeous, but not for me!

I’m petite at 5ft ~100lbs 32A. I wanted this dress to fit so badly, but the sleeves just looked ridiculous on me (way too big) and it wasn’t flattering for me in the chest area. That being said, it’s a gorgeous dress and seems to be made really well! Definitely give it a try!
