Order Tracking Information

Shipping Confirmation & E-receipt Email
1. Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.
2. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

Duties & Taxes

Please note, upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department, which are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. Few Moda is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.

If an order is refused by a customer due to custom fees, the parcel will be held for 2 weeks and then be abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time.  Few Moda is not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order.

Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact customerservice@fewmoda.com so we can get you sorted.

If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges.
