Shipping Policy

Our typical processing and delivery time is 9-15 business days. Business days are weekdays, not including holidays or weekends. A tracking number will normally be updated in 7-9 business days. We are unfortunately unable to provide expedited shipping at this time.

The cost for shipping is $9.99 domestic and $14.99 international. However, we offer free shipping for all orders over $99. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to predict, or pay for, any customs fees for international orders.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once this happens, the Return Policy will apply.

We have two warehouses, in New York and China. If the designer’s studio is in the North American area, your order will be sent directly from our NYC warehouse. If the studio is in Asia, it will ship from our warehouse in China. As a result, you may receive multiple packages when you buy two or more pieces.


Backorder Items

We have a fast turnover, so your order might contain backorder pieces. Because we do not want to let backorder items delay the shipment of your entire order, we ship out what we have available immediately and will ship the rest of the items in a timely manner.

Backorder items typically ship within 20 days.


Order Changes/Cancellations

You may change or cancel your order within 12 hours after the order is placed. Simply email customerservice@fewmoda.com to begin the process.


Lost Packages

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond FEW MODA’s control once it leaves our facilities, FEW MODA cannot be held liable for late or lost deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. When the order is in a foreign warehouse or provided by foreign vendors, the tracking number might not be available.


Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

FEW MODA reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the FEW MODA Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.


Sale Price Adjustments 

If the price of your item has been reduced one week after purchase, we will gladly do an adjustment for you. Please note, sale items are not returnable and items that are adjusted due to being put on sale will not be returnable.  


Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Once we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify FEW MODA’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The FEW MODA Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

FEW MODA may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it; pricing errors; credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

FEW MODA may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order.

If FEW MODA cancels an order after you have already been billed, FEW MODA will refund the billed amount. 


Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, FEW MODA may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. FEW MODA reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when FEW MODA confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, FEW MODA will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
