Not in love? No problem. We accept returns and exchanges on items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached) within 28 days from your order ship date. After 28 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. Mail-in returns are free for members.

Store credit used on orders will be fully refunded.

Refund to original payment method

You can receive a full refund to the original form of payment within 28 days from the shipping date.

  1. Select the item you’re sending back and request a refund to the original payment method

  2. Print your FREE pre-paid return label and mail back the original item(s)

  3. Once received, we’ll work on processing your return and issue the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed. 

 

    Refund to store credit
    You can receive a full refund in the form of store credit within 28 days from the shipping date, which will be issued instantly after your return is submitted.

    1. Select the item you’re sending back and request a refund in the form of store credit 

    2. You can receive the refund instantly in the form of store credit 

    3. Print your FREE return label and mail back the original item

    Exchange For A Different Size or Color

    You can request an exchange for a different color or size within 28 days from the shipping date, pending inventory availability.

    1. Select the item you’d like to exchange

    2. You’ll be prompted to select a new size or color — do just that!

    3. Print your FREE return label and mail back the original item

    4. We’ll ship the new item to you as soon as the return package is dropped off and scanned by the shipping carrier, pending inventory availability at that time. As such, we recommend that you drop off the return package at your earliest convenience.

      International Order

      You can receive a full refund within 28 days from the shipping date on all international orders (no exchanges at this time). Please note that any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

      1. Select the item you’re sending back and request a refund 

      2. Repackage your merchandise securely. Cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes on the package.

      4. Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Few Moda cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

      5. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
