The fabric is very stretchy and feels nice, but the fabric is extremely thin, so it is somewhat see-through in any color, but very much so in white - perhaps sizing up would reduce the translucency

I returned because I would have preferred to size up. Surprised at how flattering the red color was on me, it's a bit softer in tone than the picture. Great thick fabric and good cut/fit.
