Too loose to be "sculpting"

I ordered this top in my usual size (small) and when I initially put it on, it almost felt like it had been worn and stretched already. I would definitely go down a size, but the xs was not in stock. It doesn't really fit like a sculpt top and feels like it would stretch over time. I ended up returning it.

I went with a Small in hopes that it would hug my body and after a few wears its losing some of its shape (for reference I'm a 36C). Probably could have squeezed into an XS. The white also discolored a bit which was disappointing but happens.
