I really loved this green and black print so I ordered a couple of items in the print, and the print on cotton is much more vibrant, and I just liked that better so ended up returning this.
I do agree with the choice of the poly material for the dress - cotton dresses can we very stiff looking. The picture is pretty true to color, so just compare w/ a cotton version of this print and you can see it in the pictures which is nice.
TLDR; Dress was great quality and fit tts, but just didn't like the print on this material.
This dress is to die for! The green color is fantastic and it fits perfectly in all the right places!
I thought the front fit of this dress was fantastic. 5’ 1”, 140lbs, hourglass athletic build and a medium fit well. I worry with long sleeve dresses about the arms being too tight and these were great. Plenty of room to move around. My only issue was the awkwardly large hump, extra fabric, when the dress was fully zipped between my shoulder blades. I did not try a size down since the event I wanted to wear it for would have made shipping a new size impossible, and instead wore the Lennon dress. Perhaps I’ll try it again in a size smaller for the next event.
I was sad about this one - the color and fit was beautiful but the fit of the slit was off. The slit showed the lining no matter how I stood and it made the dress look awkward and costumey.
